From The Owner
Fellow Albertan,
In difficult economic times, homeowners continue to look for creative ways to reduce monthly expenses. Since the cost of heating and cooling a home is the most significant portion of a gas or electric utility bill, it is critical to keep your furnace, air conditioner and water heater operating at peak efficiency.
There have been tremendous advancements in HVAC related technology in the past several years and Action Furnace has been a leader in high efficiency heating and cooling systems. An air conditioner that has a higher SEER rating, or a furnace with an improved AFUE rating can save 30% you or more in annual heating and cooling costs when compared to equipment installed in the mid 1990’s. Replacing an old, inefficient water heater with a modern appliance will also provide substantial savings over time. A whole-house tankless water heater offers your family the ultimate in efficiency since heating energy is only used when the faucet is turned on.
To ensure that our customer’s HVAC system remains reliable and efficient, Action Furnace offers scheduled maintenace on your home heating and cooling systems that provide periodic service and inspection. As you know, the winter climate in the Province of Alberta can be severe, we thoroughly inspect every furnace using a 50 point procedure that identifies potential problems before they result in a catastrophic failure. This includes testing internal components for proper ignition and burning, along with an assessment of the heat exchanger. Action Furnace also properly inspects, maintains and evaluates a customer’s existing air conditioner. Our thorough process includes pressure checks for all liquid and suction lines, lubrication of every appropriate moving part, and a thorough cleaning of both the condensing and evaporator coils. Every air conditioner is also subjected to a complete set of diagnostic tests to verify operational integrity.
Membership in our Total Comfort Club provides priority emergency HVAC service in the event of an equipment failure during the seasons when the temperature is most extreme. Other advantages include:
- A FREE Annual Furnace Tune-up and Maintenance
- A FREE Annual Duct Cleaning
- Priority Emergency Service When Something Goes Wrong
- A Year’s Supply of FREE Furnace Filters
- No Diagnostic, or Trip Charges
- 20% off Future Repairs
- 10% off all Future Equipment Purchases
Since total comfort and energy efficiency are directly dependent on the condition of the air distribution system, we encourage you to consider the advantages of duct cleaning. For those with allergies, duct cleaning can provide welcome relief by removing a significant portion of the contaminants that have built up in the air duct system. Duct cleaning can also improve overall equipment efficiency by keeping dust and debris from coating the indoor evaporator coil.
With 30 years of HVAC experience serving the Calgary and Edmonton metropolitan areas, Action Furnace is proud of our involvement with our community. Our certified technicians remain committed to maintaining the highest standards in the HVAC industry. Every furnace, air conditioner and water heater is properly inspected, diagnosed and repaired according to our demanding standards to make sure your family is comfortable and safe. Whether we are engaged in a duct cleaning job, or the repair of an existing heating and cooling system, Action Furnace remains committed to its founding principle: It is “fixed right or fixed free,” and a total committment to YOU our valued customer.
Sincerely,
Bruce Sittler – President, Action Furnace
