When you choose Action Furnace for your new furnace or air conditioner installation, you also benefit from a selection of new installation guarantees which will ensure the ideal heating and cooling system for you and your home. OUR GUARANTEE’S ARE THE BEST IN ALBERTA SEE BELOW:

$500 Installation Date Guarantee

If we do not arrive to install your new furnace or air conditioner on the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

$500 + Hotel No-Frustration Guarantee

If your new furnace or air conditioner breaks down during the first two years and leaves you without heating or cooling for more than 24 hours, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience, plus arrange your stay in a local hotel for the evening.

Two Year Trial Guarantee

We guarantee that the furnace or air conditioner and service we have provided you will meet your expectations, or we will remove it and return 100% of your investment, plus interest.

No Surprises Guarantee

We guarantee that the investment quoted is what you will pay – there will be no additional charges during or after the furnace or air conditioner installation.

Comfort Guarantee

We guarantee that the air conditioner or new furnace system(s) we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated, to a variance of plus or minus three degrees. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge.

Apples to Apples Guarantee

We promise you that you cannot find a comparable furnace or air conditioner installation with the same quality and guarantees for less or we’ll pay you a $250 bonus over the difference. All we ask is that the comparison be “apples to apples”.

Energy Rebate Guarantee

We guarantee that the system(s) we have our installers have placed in your home qualify for the government rebate programs as we have stated or we will rebate you the amount specified.

Utility Savings Guarantee

You will save a minimum of 20% on your heating and cooling costs or we will refund double the difference of your savings not realized during the first year. (If your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to allow us to evaluate your air conditioner or furnace installations performance.)

Property Protection Guarantee

All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are protected. In the unlikely event of damage, property will be replaced and/or repaired. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used on all work and traffic areas as we install your new furnace or air conditioner.
