Fine Print:
Memberships auto-renew each year and are non-refundable. Minimum terms: 24 months (Heating & Cooling) and 12 months (Humidifier, Hot Water &Tankless). Annual maintenance is provided December–August; Members are contacted when eligible. Memberships are transferable to the same homeowner only. Each piece of equipment requires its own membership. Filter supply (16×25×1 or 20×25×1): one per household, per year. Repair discounts exclude heat exchangers, compressors, and condensers. We require 30 days notice to cancel, following the term of the agreement.

Common Membership Questions
Does my membership renew automatically?
Our Total Comfort Club and Comfort Club Memberships are designed to save you time and hassle. That’s why our memberships will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless either party notifies the other within 30 days of the annual renewal date.
Why can’t I use debit or pre-authorized payments?
At this time, our system is unable to process pre-authorized payments. However, we can accept Visa, Mastercard, and credit debit cards for your club membership fees.
Can I schedule my services right away?
At Action Furnace, we have a long list of members. To serve each of our members in a timely manner, we ask that you wait for an Action Furnace representative to contact you. Rest assured that our team will contact you between December and August for your upcoming annual service.
If I move, can I transfer my membership?
All memberships are unique to the membership holder and are transferable to a new home within our service range (Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer area).
If I cancel and don’t get my services, can I call back whenever I want to get them or give them to a friend?
Your Action Furnace membership is a one-year membership with non-refundable fees billed annually. Your annual membership services are designed to be utilized within the calendar year and are exclusive to the membership holder.
What happens if I want to cancel before the 12 months?
Your Action Furnace membership is a one-year membership with non-refundable fees for mid-term cancellations. Should you wish to cancel, please contact Action Furnace within 30 days of your annual renewal date. Monthly memberships are still responsible for the remainder of the 12-month term for cancellation.
Does my 3 year membership automatically renew?
Your Action Furnace membership is a three (3) year membership with a non-refundable fee billed one (1) time and will not automatically renew. An Action Furnace representative will reach out to you within 60-90 days to notify you of your expiring membership. You can easily renew your 3-year membership by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Can you combine furnace and AC memberships?
You cannot combine the furnace and air conditioner memberships. These are separate memberships designed specifically for each individual heating or cooling system.
Why do I have to get the same 2 memberships on both units?
To ensure that all your home comfort systems are treated equally, our team requires all additional systems of the same equipment type to be eligible for the same maintenance care.
What happens if I don’t use my services and cancel after 12 months?
As part of your service, the Action Furnace team will contact you 60-90 days before your annual service is due to schedule you in. Whether you choose to move forward with your annual maintenance for the year is up to you. Each service is available for each calendar year and is non-refundable.

Your Action Furnace membership is a five (5) year membership with a non-refundable fee billed one (1) time and will not automatically renew. An Action Furnace representative will reach out to you within 60-90 days to notify you of your expiring membership.
