When you book your furnace installation with Action Furnace, your personal Home Comfort Advisor will come to your home to begin the home analysis process.
During your evaluation your advisor will thoroughly examine your existing unit, the size of your home to quickly determine the best, appropriately sized options for your home.
It’s important to have the right sized furnace and have it installed correctly to ensure performance long term.
2. Recommendation
As Alberta’s premier comfort dealer, we take the time to fully explain all our recommendations, ensuring you have the information needed to make the best decision for your home.

What is a high-efficiency furnace?
High-efficiency furnaces save energy by operating with less heat waste than conventional furnaces. New heating technology and components make this possible. Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) measures how much heat a furnace can create from the fuel being consumed.
High-efficiency furnaces have an AFUE of at least 90% and sometimes as high as 98.5%!
Traditional furnaces can have an AFUE rating as low as 80%. Because of this difference in fuel-burning efficiency, a new high-efficiency furnace can save you over 12% on your energy bill!
Can I install my new furnace myself?
Trying to install your own furnace is not recommended, as it requires specialized tools and knowledge. Any work performed on a furnace by someone other than a licensed contractor can also prematurely void your equipment’s warranty, so it is always best to hire our professional HVAC technicians for installation.

Action Furnace Memberships are billed monthly and require a 12-month minimum (Premium: 24-month minimum). Fees are non-refundable, billed monthly and continue automatically each year unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice before your anniversary month. Each membership covers one piece of equipment (furnace, AC, tankless, hot water tank, or humidifier). Additional systems within a household need to have the same membership. A one-year supply of standard furnace filters (16x25x1 or 20x25x1) is included per household. Memberships can be transferred once per year between homes owned by the same customer. Membership Services are scheduled between Jan 1–Aug 31 and again between Dec 1–30. Prices subject to GST.
