Fine Print:
Action Furnace Memberships are billed monthly and require a 12-month minimum (Premium: 24-month minimum). Fees are non-refundable, billed monthly and continue automatically each year unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice before your anniversary month. Each membership covers one piece of equipment (furnace, AC, tankless, hot water tank, or humidifier). Additional systems within a household need to have the same membership. A one-year supply of standard furnace filters (16x25x1 or 20x25x1) is included per household. Memberships can be transferred once per year between homes owned by the same customer. Membership Services are scheduled between Jan 1–Aug 31 and again between Dec 1–30. Prices subject to GST.

Common Membership Questions
Does my membership renew automatically?
Our Total Comfort Club and Comfort Club Memberships are designed to save you time and hassle. That’s why our memberships will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless either party notifies the other within 30 days of the annual renewal date.
Why can’t I use debit or pre-authorized payments?
At this time, our system is unable to process pre-authorized payments. However, we can accept Visa, Mastercard, and credit debit cards for your club membership fees.
Can I schedule my services right away?
At Action Furnace, we have a long list of members. To serve each of our members in a timely manner, we ask that you wait for an Action Furnace representative to contact you. Rest assured that our team will contact you between December and August for your upcoming annual service.
If I move, can I transfer my membership?
All memberships are unique to the membership holder and are transferable to a new home within our service range (Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer area).
Why do I have to get the same 2 memberships on both units?
To ensure that all your home comfort systems are treated equally, our team requires all additional systems of the same equipment type to be eligible for the same maintenance care.
Does my 5 year membership automatically renew?
CYour Action Furnace membership is a five (5) year membership with a non-refundable fee billed one (1) time and will not automatically renew. An Action Furnace representative will reach out to you within 60-90 days to notify you of your expiring membership. You can easily renew your 5-year membership by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives.
What happens if I want to cancel before the 12 months?
Your Action Furnace membership is a one-year membership with non-refundable fees for mid-term cancellations. Should you wish to cancel before, please contact Action Furnace within 30 days of your annual renewal date. Monthly memberships are still responsible for the remainder of the 12-month term for cancellation.
